samscotts.com is operated by the Scott Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “us”). The Foundation funds the restoration of landmark architecture and public spaces in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our restoration mission. When you donate, you authorize a charge to your selected payment method for the amount and frequency you choose. Donation amounts are defined and validated on our servers to ensure accuracy.

• One-time gifts are charged once at checkout.
• Monthly gifts begin at checkout and continue monthly until cancelled.
• All amounts are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By donating, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.

The tax treatment of your contribution depends on your jurisdiction and the Foundation's status. We will provide a donation receipt; please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. This site does not constitute tax advice.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the site, our supporters, or our mission.

All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, and 3D experiences — is owned by or licensed to the Foundation and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce it without permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
